We've always stood behind our products, and that doesn't change just because we're closing. Here's what you need to know.

Faulty or incorrect goods

If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, expired, or otherwise defective, we'll make it right. Contact us at hello@roamenergy.co.nz within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a full refund, including any shipping costs. Please include your order number in your email.

Change of mind

We previously offered a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases. As we wind down the business, we're no longer able to offer this. All Goodbye Sale purchases are final.
