In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, we aim to make refunds and returns as easy as possible.

Faulty or incorrect goods:

If the return is a result of Roam's error, we will gladly offer you a full refund, including coverage of shipping costs. This includes situations such as incorrect or damaged products received, or if you receive a product that has expired or is otherwise defective. Please contact us at within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Change of Mind purchases:

If you're not completely satisfied with the taste, texture, or if you experience an adverse reaction to any of our products, we provide a 14-day money-back guarantee. Please return the product at your own expense within 14 days of receiving your order to qualify for a refund or exchange. To lodge a return, please contact us at Make sure to include your order number in the email. 

Please note: We will review each claim in a case-by-case nature. We are only able to refund items purchased directly from Roam. 

Product returns:

If we require products to be returned to us, we will communicate this to you. Please wait for a return approval before sending us your goods. Take reasonable care of the products whilst in your possession prior to any return. We will inspect the returned products on arrival.
