Mini Chocolate Protein Cakes

These Mini Chocolate Protein Cakes are easy to whip up for a guilt-free dessert.

Roam Chocolate Protein Cake Fresh from Oven

Ingredients

- 1/2 C oats
- 180 mL almond milk or milk of choice
- 1/4 C Roam Chocolate Protein
- 1 tsp cocoa
- 1 egg (or use a flax egg to keep the recipe vegan)
- 3 Tbls maple syrup. This can lift the sugar content, so you could substitute for a sweetener (like monk fruit) to reduce the overall carbohydrate level.
- Pinch salt
- Roam Chocolate Energy Nut Butter

Mixture makes 2-3 small ramekins


Method

- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celcius (about 350 F) on bake.
- Grease two ramekins.
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend for about 1 minute until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the mixture into greased ramekins.
- Bake for about 25-27 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
- Let cool for a few minutes, top with additional Energy Nut Butter, and enjoy!
